 It all starts with an email or a phone call!

 

At our initial introduction, we will discuss the date of the event, the budget and the type of event you are planning.

 

Then, we attend your event - the rehearsal dinner, the Big Day, the Thank You brunch - we work around your plans. We will travel within a 300-mile radius from New York City. Anything beyond 300 miles will incur additional transportation expenses.

 

Usually, we send one or two representatives. We shadow the bride and the groom separately for a brief period, and then slip into the background, mingling with your guests to get the overall ambiance of the day and to take candid photos of your occasion. We work hard to capture all of the important details that are sometimes overlooked or taken for granted.

 

We take our own photos with a point-and-shoot camera  for a quicker turn around time,  but we can also work alongside your photographer, if both parties agree, prior to the event. We are happy to credit the photographer(s) whenever a professional photo is used.

 

Within 2-3 weeks, we deliver a digital file, a .pdf, of your custom newsletter!

 

We are happy to send it out directly to your guests' email accounts for no additional charge, or you can have it emailed directly to you to send out as you desire.

 

Packages are priced based on budget and specifications. Printed copies are available for an additional fee.

 

Every newsletter is a true labor of love.
Each is unique to the event and, of course, to the family.
